导入出问题时，请说明是哪种账单（支付宝、微信、哪家银行，CSV／Excel／PDF），最好附上截图。请不要把完整的账单文件或账本备份发给我们，必要时先删掉敏感信息。

怎么导入支付宝、微信账单和银行流水？

我的 → 导入 →「支付宝、微信、银行」，按页面上的步骤从支付宝或微信申请账单（发到邮箱的压缩包，解压密码在通知里），或者选网银导出的 CSV／Excel、手机银行发到邮箱的 PDF（带打开密码的也行）。先预览，可以逐条取消、改分类，重复的自动跳过，导错了能「撤销本次导入」。文件只在手机上解析，不上传。

第一次导入免费，不限笔数；之后再导入需要账序 Pro。预览永远免费。扫描件（图片版 PDF）读不出来。

能从别的记账 App 搬家吗？

可以：我的 → 导入 →「其他记账 App」，选那个 App 导出的表格文件，按提示对好分类和账户再导入。

怎么备份和恢复？

我的 → 备份与恢复 →「导出账本备份」，得到一个 JSON 文件，自己存到「文件」或 iCloud 云盘。恢复时在同一页选这个文件，先预览再替换当前账本；替换前会自动另存当前账本，可以撤回。

iCloud 同步开着时不能恢复备份（否则旧备份会和云端互相覆盖），请先关掉同步，恢复完再打开。账本备份不含记账图片和 AA 收款码。

iCloud 同步怎么用？换手机怎么办？

我的 → iCloud 同步 打开开关。账本保存在你自己 Apple 账户的 iCloud 私有空间，开发者看不到。新手机登录同一个 Apple 账户，装好账序后同样打开 iCloud 同步，账本会自动下来；两台设备改了同一笔的不同地方会自动合并。也可以用上面的账本备份文件搬过去。

App 锁密码只存在本机，不会同步，新设备需要重新设置；AA 收款码也需要重新添加。

忘记了 App 锁密码？

在锁屏点「忘记密码？」，有三种方式重设：

三种都用不了时，点「都想不起来？」开始 72 小时等待，期满后就能重设密码。等待期间账本一笔不会丢、不会被删；这期间用原密码、Face ID、恢复码或 iPhone 锁屏密码通过验证，等待会自动取消。每次重设都会生成新的恢复码，请存好（可以复制、存到备忘录或存成图片）。

知道这台 iPhone 锁屏密码的人也能重设账序密码。App 锁保护的是进入 App 的界面，不是对账本文件的加密。

截图记账有次数限制吗？

记一笔里点「截图记账」，可以从相册选付款截图，或「拍小票」拍纸质小票。识别在手机上完成，不上传；识别结果只是预填，保存前请核对金额。免费版可以体验 10 次（成功识别一张算一次），账序 Pro 不限次数。

怎么用 AA 收款？

记一笔支出时在选项里点「AA」，选一起分摊的朋友，默认平分，也能改每人金额。账序只把你自己那份算进支出；朋友的份额记在 往来 →「借出」，标着「AA」。朋友还钱后在 AA 详情里点「确认收款」，这笔钱不算收入；不打算收了点「不收了」，那份算回你的支出。AA 和「待报销」不能同时用。

收款码在 我的 → 记账偏好 → AA 收款码 里添加，只存在这台手机上，不同步、不进备份。把金额和收款码排成一张「收款图」发给朋友需要账序 Pro；外币的 AA 不生成收款图。

汇率从哪里来？准吗？

来自多个公开汇率服务，仅供参考，和银行、支付平台的实际成交价会有差别。记外币账时保存的是入账当时的汇率，之后不会被新汇率改写；汇率换算在 我的 → 汇率换算。没有网络时显示上次的缓存，记账不受影响。

账序 Pro 怎么买？换手机要再买吗？

我的 → 账序 Pro，一次买断，没有订阅。记账、统计、往来、预算、iCloud 同步、导出和备份都是免费的。换手机或重装后，在同一页点「恢复购买」即可，用的是同一个 Apple 账户就不用再买。账序 Pro 不支持家人共享。退款由 Apple 处理，请到 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。

For import problems, tell us which statement it is (Alipay, WeChat, which bank; CSV / Excel / PDF) and attach a screenshot if you can. Please don’t send full statements or ledger backups; remove sensitive details first.

Importing Alipay, WeChat and bank statements

Me → Import → “Alipay, WeChat, Bank”. Follow the steps to request a statement from Alipay or WeChat (a zip sent by email; the password is in the notice), or pick a CSV / Excel file from online banking or a PDF statement from a banking app (password-protected PDFs work too). Preview first, untick or recategorize, duplicates are skipped, and you can undo the import. Files are parsed on device and never uploaded.

Your first import is free with no limit on entries; later imports need 账序 Pro. Previewing is always free. Scanned (image-only) PDFs can’t be read.

Moving from another budgeting app

Me → Import → “Other Apps”. Pick the spreadsheet exported by that app, match categories and accounts, then import.

Backup and restore

Me → Backup & Restore → Export Ledger Backup saves a JSON file wherever you choose. To restore, pick that file on the same page, preview, and replace the current ledger; the current ledger is saved first so you can undo.

Restore is unavailable while iCloud Sync is on — turn sync off, restore, then turn it back on. Ledger backups don’t include entry photos or payment QR codes.

iCloud Sync and new phones

Turn on Me → iCloud Sync. Your ledger is stored in your own Apple Account’s private iCloud space; the developer can’t see it. On a new device, sign in with the same Apple Account, install the app and turn on iCloud Sync. Edits to different fields of the same entry on two devices are merged. You can also move with a ledger backup file.

Your App Lock passcode stays on each device and must be set again; payment QR codes must be added again.

Forgot your App Lock passcode?

Tap “Forgot Passcode?” on the lock screen. You can reset it with:

If none of these work, tap “Can’t Remember Any of These?” to start a 72-hour wait; after it ends you can set a new passcode. Your ledger is untouched during the wait, and passing any check above (or entering the old passcode) cancels the wait. Each reset creates a new recovery code — keep it safe (copy it, save to Notes, or save as an image).

Anyone who knows this iPhone’s passcode can reset the app passcode. App Lock protects access to the app’s screens; it does not encrypt the ledger file.

Is screenshot entry limited?

In Add Entry, tap Screenshot Entry to pick a payment screenshot, or Scan a Receipt for a paper receipt. Recognition runs on device and nothing is uploaded; results only pre-fill the entry, so check the amount before saving. The free version includes 10 recognitions (each recognized image counts once); 账序 Pro is unlimited.

Splitting a bill

When adding an expense, tap “Split” and choose who shares it. It splits evenly by default and you can edit each share. Only your share counts as spending; friends’ shares appear under Loans → Lent with a tag. Tap “Mark Paid” in the split details when a friend pays you back — it isn’t income. “Waive” counts that share back as your spending. A split can’t be combined with “To claim” (reimbursable).

Add your payment QR codes in Me → Entry Preferences → Payment QR codes; they stay on this device only. Making a payment card (amount plus QR code in one image) needs 账序 Pro, and isn’t available for foreign-currency splits.

Where do exchange rates come from?

Several public exchange-rate services. Rates are for reference only and can differ from what your bank or payment app charges. Each foreign-currency entry keeps the rate from when it was recorded. The converter is in Me → Currency Converter; offline, the last cached rates are shown and bookkeeping keeps working.

账序 Pro

Me → 账序 Pro. One-time purchase, no subscription. Bookkeeping, statistics, loans, budgets, iCloud Sync, export and backup are free. On a new device, tap Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account. 账序 Pro does not support Family Sharing. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
